How to restage a Device
In this tutorial you learn how to restage an existing device in netECM.
To restage an existing device with netECM you simply need to select the device with a left click.
Several devices can be selected simultaneously by holding the Shift or Ctrl key while selecting.
With a click on Stage selected devices on the top right corner of the screen the selected devices get restaged.
After clicking on Stage selected devices netECM shows a summary of the selected devices to be staged again.
If the devices get restaged using PXE the checkbox in the lower half can be left checked.
If the devices get restaged from the running Windows, the box can be unchecked to ensure the devices do not get restaged when restarting the computer.
The staging job gets created after clicking on Stage devices.
